Contraflow Left by Certified paint huffer.

High-capacity system interchange.

Inspired by this video

Highway 1 and highway 2 are both at 0 meters.

4 Levels (-3m, 0m, 9m and 15m)

Uses default (4u=32m) highway spacing for both highways.

This interchange needs to be put on flat ground.

Strongly recommend to use Traffic Manager: President Edition to get correct lane merging/splitting
