PERFORMANCE TIPS:
* On the Steam Launcher, deactivate all DLCs not required in this save.
* Use Loading Screen Mod with this LSM Prefab Skip text file made for this savegame (see LSM page for instructions) https://www.dropbox.com/s/q2vi1h5tq0ia7jw/skip.txt?dl=0
* If laggy, quit, relaunch game, on Graphics Options, set Texture Quality to Medium. Load save game
