Seagull Island (no mod)
Saegull Island, built on the San Andreas Map by Onee~san Aurora (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1381148199&searchtext=).
A few mods were used but none are necessary. In fact, I disabled them all for this save, so it is mod free. I suggest you enable the money mod though, because well… the income is very good, but the books are in the red, way in the red!
Pop about 60k, all milestones reached. Excellent garbage/fire/police/education coverage. Pretty much all trasportation in place. It’s just a simple vanilla city for not very powerful systems (mine is a laptop), so enjoy!
(Robusta palm trees are used so, if you want palms… better download them! 😉 )
