A two-storey house with 12 families (in the game).
In reality, this is a hostel for 100 people.
This is a mini-pack that includes two versions of the building with different versions of the forceps.
- 7A 2 forceps on side (left)
- 7B 1 forceps on center (right)
The gaming characteristics of both versions of the house are the same.
The walls are painted in one of four colors – light yelloe, apricot, light blue, light green, light lilac.
I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.
This asset should be used only with the RICO mod!
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
For work of wall lamps requires Wall Lanterns pack.
