This is version with brick walls and two roof variations.

The material for the roof can be selected after the construction of the building by clicking on the building and select RoofShiver or RoofMetal.
To select a roof option, you need the Building Variations mod.
The building will work without the BuildingVariations mod, but you will not be able to change the type of roof (the roof will be just shiver).
The walls are painted in one of four colors – light violet, light blue, light green, beige.
I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.
This asset should be used only with the RICO mod!
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
