Kraftmanintie Apartments [RICO]
Typical Finnish 1970’s style low density apartment building, made of prefabricated concrete elements. Built in 1977, located in Pori, Finland.
Ploppable high* density level 2 residential RICO: 15 homes, (without RICO mod, the same stats as Tax Office unique building). Building cost 1000. Model has only 175 polygons, 1024 x 1024 px textures (d, i, s, a, n, c). Custom LOD with 32 polygons and 128×128 px textures. Lot size is 7 x 3 tiles.
This is my first RICO release, please let me know if it’s not working properly.
* Originally low density, but updated to high density, should work better with the realistic population mod (I have no time to test it, please report if any problems).
