2×4 Helipad (empty) for your military bases which can be found in the Police station category with all my other modest and mediocre military assets. Includes a custom (very amateurly done) made fuel tank area for fueling choppers on the go.

The model altogether itself is 702 tris. 1024×1204 diffuse/normal map.
