Teignmouth, Devon, UK
European theme.
The last piece of English soil to be invaded by a foreign power. At the head of the Teign Estuary in Devon, Teignmouth is a popular fishing and seaside resort. Rolling British hills and stark cliffsides interspersed with beaches make this map a nice challenge to build on. Nearby Newton Abbot grew rapidly when the South Devon Railway Company (later GWR) and was host to Brunel’s experiments with atmospheric railway.
To achieve the look in the preview pictures I recommend the Realistic European Theme 1.2.
