About the model
A set of 5 New York apartments, replacing my earlier 113th street apartment, that one is now hidden and you can unsubscribe if you like. The model and textures are totally redone and I made 4 new variants which share the texture.
These all share the same 2048×512 texture. Tris vary from 1600 tris to 6000 tris and lod textures vary from 512×128 to 256×64, all of them under 100-150 tris. Normal mapped, colormapped, alpha, illumination and specularmapped.

About the building
These are based on apartments around 113th street in NYC on the upper westside. These originate from 1909, built by John W. Kight and the original design is off Neville & Bagge.
