Vanilla roads with a 3 lane to 1+1+1 split. Roundabouts are 3 lane highways. You do need "busy town" rating unlocked for the avenue with grass. Each lane exits onto either the roundabout or the avenue. Roundabouts and avenue don’t connect at any point. No mods or assets needed. Intersection is 72u in length. Heights got from 9 to -3 at points.
