Vanilla Valencia 3 way interchange + Ave
Uses a 3 lane to 1+1+1 split. Every direction has its own route. Heights go from -6 to 15. One off ramp, and one on ramp, cross when it comes into the avenue. Requires "busy town" rating for 3 lane avenue and 2 lane with trees. Pairs well with the vanilla highway end in the collection.
If you are a vanilla player NOT useing TMPE; do not upgrade the 2 lane roads to 1 lane highway ramps. Its important for the games AI route to prevent uturns.
