Modern Townhouse
This is a quick project that I pulled off in just three days. Not a big one but as you can see it turned out pretty well.
The building itself can be found in Osnabrück, Germany. Originally it is found in the backyard of another building, therefore its footpint is rather small. It acts as a filler, increasing density in times of high real estate prices. But nevertheless, this is a quite generic example of modern middle european architecture.
Acts as a L1 lowres growable with a 2×3 footprint.
Has a RICO definition for those who use that.
No props added as decoration, get creative yourself 🙂
Leave a like if you enjoy the asset or suggest a building that you would like to see. Thanks!
