II-60 for [RICO] — Open Balcony Version
Type II-60 residential building, known as "Chernobyl High-rise", for RICO mod. This version has no glass on balconies as it was back in Soviet Times. Also could be used as dormitory.
The model has the full texture set, including color map.
The model itself has ~22k tris, so use it on your own risk.It is 3 level Residential High-rise for ~30 families.
