The Japanese Government calls City Planners, Builders and Architects to fill the newly created region of Takama (A fictional region in the sub-tropics of Japan)
Recently a surge of commerce and trading has opened up between China, South Korea, Russia, Japan & of course USA, this required the Japanese Government to create an artificial canal between the “Pacific Ocean” to the east and to the west the “Sea of Japan/East China Sea.”
This map is completely Vanilla, requiring NOTHING but the base game.
-Handcrafted loosely based on the “Panama Canal” in Central America*
-Features a level of detailing I personally haven’t tried my hand at yet
-Huge building spaces
-Designated flat-land islands, for interesting mini island towns or industry
-LOTS of road connections, 2 rail, 1 air, 1 continuous water connection series utilising the canal (of course)
-All intersections are unique and hand-created by me, they are anything but perfect but I tried to keep them interesting.
-54,000/55,000 Trees where used (You may like to use an infinite tree mod)
-Lots of resources, specifically designated
-RealFlow™ water system (I strongly recommend edge fog for this map, as I’ve done some interesting stuff with the sea wall asset) THERE IS NO “NORMAL” SEALEVEL. I worked tirelessly to create a very balanced flow and realistic sea level using the water source tool. (Please be careful when messing with it. (SEA LEVEL is “51-54” if you’d prefer to use a more stable water system.
