This building is one of the first ones that I will make using patina covered roofing. It’s not very common in Paris but I think it adds a bit of spice to the overall look. The original building can be found on 12 Rue Chasseloup-Laubat.

Additional informations:

The footprint of this building is 2×3, but it’s 15m wide so MoveIt is needed to place it correctly.
This asset uses submeshes, so while being placed it may look like it’s missing walls – that’s normal.
