SHUTO E11-D61 3 way Interchange
SHUTO E11-D61 3 way Interchange + dogbone and roundabout
Based on an interchange in Dubai. If your familiar with the E11 D61 the on ramps and off ramps function the same + some big changes. There is now a dogbone that goes though the middle and over the freeway. Uses a 4 to 2 lane split. Heights go from -9 -18. Roundabout and the dogbone can reach each other though the interchange. If you chop off the roundabout it can be a 4 way interchange.

Some notes about SHUTAO
1. The 4 lane roads in Shuto Expressway requires mass transit. You can however still use Shuto EXPWY without mass transit. Just remember to unsub from the 4 lane or you will get errors.
2. The collection is missing two items [Lights] that will cause you errors. I’ve made them both required items for the interchanges because they look awesome and their used by the roads. That’s these two below.

3. The confluence road https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1409688844 causes duplicate errors. Shares a name with the other roads. Not used by me and safe to unsub and still use the Interchange.
