Modular Streetside Parking & Sidewalk Beautification
This is a collection of 34 lots for my Modular Streetside Parking & Sidewalk Beautification project.
I started out creating this set just for myself, but it continued to grow, and I put so much work into it that I decided to limit the number of dependencies (there are only 3!) and release it on the workshop. By no means do you need all 34 pieces to make a workable set, but I promise that having all the pieces will provide you with infinite possible combinations. I think I might have gone a little crazy here.
ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The whole collection is divided into four categories:
1. Parking lots – streetside parking, which looks best on roads that don’t allow parallel parking, in both 1-tile deep and 2- or 3-tile deep with trees
2. Plazas – mostly filler, end and connector pieces with decoration such as benches and trees
3. Alleys – 1-tile wide park-like alleys that work in the same way as plazas, but they reach deeper between buildings
4. Tree lots – filler tree lots that can also be used to line streets, or separate rail or power lines from residential areas

STATS
All of the lots have the following stats, except for a couple of the larger plazas which have an increased entertainment accumulation rate of 5. These stats are purposefully low so that you can plop 10-20 in a small area and affect leisure only slightly.

Tourists = 0 (all levels)
Entertainment = 1
