Shophouse 3 (Colour Variation)

Shophouses found commonly around South-East Asia, particularly in the former Straits Settlements and British Malaya (now Singapore and West Malaysia). This design is inspired by some of the shophouses at Chinatown.
Comes in four beautiful colour variations: White | Yellow | Blue | Red
I have changed the shop front to glass instead of leaving it shuttered.

- Tris: 1988 + 646 (yes, its much more than the others for some reason)
- Textures: 1024×1024 + 256×256
- LOD: Yes
Shophouse 4 is coming soon, with the most highest resolution texture ever made by me on a "small" 1024×1024 texture (finally figured a trick or two in Blender for making very compact texture maps). Also planned on making use of normal map.
