Jamaica has a bobsleigh team, Russia has palm beaches, and Mülheim an der Ruhr has… neither. What it has though is fully fledged lightrail vehicles, name these B100S. What it doesn’t have then again, is a lightrail line of it’s own, only the one coming over from Essen. So what they did is give their B100 to Essen and said do what you want with them – and that’s what Essen does. You can in fact see the Mülheim cars serve in the Mülheim line, but just as frequently anywhere else in Essen’s network.
