Canberra Townhouse 2
This is another Willemsen designed townhouse, located in the Canberra suburb of Pearce. Only four were built in 1977 on individual titles. They are 3 bedroom plus studio/study, and are the ‘gold standard’ in medium density housing design.
I’ll build a companion carport soon.
