A "Shotgun" house is a style of small-footprint residence found throughout the southern U.S., particularly in New Orleans. They were historically built as housing for workers.
**************
This is an incredibly economical asset, the main mesh has only 152 tris and the LOD model has 40. No workshop asset dependencies.
