Anton Pieck House 7
This traditional Dutch residence features a sober stepped gable. It is modelled after a strikingly small canal house, built in 1635 (Groenhazengracht 3, Leiden, South-Holland, the Netherlands). This house is well-known in Leiden as it is painted pink.
I’ve rehabilitated the traditional bricks in my version. The walls have four subtle colour variations (which don’t include pink).
The building is scaled to its real-world counterpart and therefore only occupies the width of roughly half a tile. Use the mod ‘Move it’ if you wish to align its walls to other buildings.

Includes one prop with several features for some fine detailing, like gutters and shutters. This is already placed on the house, so you don’t need to worry about it. No other props are included, so detailing the garden is up to you.
