Underpass for tram stops
Do you have a busy intersection with your tram road and don’t want people to use crosswalks there to reach the tram stop in the middle of the road? Use this simple underground connection instead!
This is a simple underground pedestrian path with a surface access right in the middle of the tram road. The tunnel exit looks ugly, therefore I created a simple prop to cover it up.
You need to download the underground exit prop (Tram stop prop), which is linked as a required item. Then you need some sort of anarchy, preferably Fine Road Anarchy. Move It! to make some fine tweaks. Traffic Manager: President Edition to disable crosswalks.
Switch on the snap to grid. Place a simple road, so that you leave ONE unit/cell between it and the tram road (check the pictures). Pick the tram stop asset and place it to the simple road that you built, so it overlaps the tram road. You need Anarchy for this. Use Move It! to move the street lamps or the cable pillars, so it looks nice. Take a pedestrian path and build an underground pedestrian network however you like. Disable crosswalks to the center platform using TMPE.
