Löyly Public Sauna
A contemporary nordic public sauna, restaurant and bar for your city shoreline!
In a way, löyly is the spirit of the sauna; löyly is the wet steam that is produced when water is thrown on the sauna stove.
Löyly is also the name for the sauna, restaurant and bar in Helsinki, Finland. The building represents contemporary nordic architecture. The building itself is just a rectangular box but it has a rather free-form wooden cloak covering it. As the building ages it turns gray and it will look like a rock on seashore.
The building was designed by Avanto Architects and it was opened in 2016. Since then it has won numerous architectural prizes and it is one of the main tourist attractions in Helsinki.

The building comes with color variations, see the last picture on the slideshow.
The building has similar stats and requirements to vanilla Botanical Garden. Snowfall DLC includes a sauna, but I decided not to use that template for this asset.
The building consists of main model and one sub building model (transparent glass on fences).
Main model: about 1199 tris, 1024 × 1024 textures. Glass fences add 136 tris (512 × 64 textures)
Lod model: 366 tris, 512 × 256 textures
