This is a 3×4 straight (non-corner) L1 Commercial High building based on the Zara flagship store in Brisbane.

Screenshots were taken with Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.
