"The BPOD"
AKA The Blue Pillar of Death.
10×10 Paragon of Dread, Cyber Monstrosity.
It eats electricity. 120 wind turbines /24 coal /6 solar /1.5 nuclear power plants should do the trick.
It is prone to fires.
Is relatively cheap, but costs 1950 maintenance.
It attracts some tourists, except a handful, all low wealth.
It is found under unique buildings category IV.
And most importantly of all: It is enormous (with a filesize to go with it), and the biggest eyesore you could ever construct in any of your cities!
