This is a true scale 1:1 replica of the terrain of the city of Osaka, Japan.
It is based on a heightmap and covers an area of 16 x 16 km which fits great for the game’s street proportions. All highways and train lines were built with image overlay mod so they are quite accurate.
The shores are a bit rough. You should add some sea walls to create the "artificial island effect". Unfortunately they aren’t available in the map editor so I couldn’t do this for you. 🙂
