I applied the young adult template (YA) in order in order to fill out the citizens walking around the city. The other option would have been to apply the paramedic skeleton, which is only seen for a fraction of a second, coming out of an ambulance. I decided that that would be a lot of work with very little pay off. So now you can see the hard working medical staff of your city, and remember all the appreciation that you have for them.
Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don’t worry, they will show up.
