This is a Ford F350 Pickup Truck painted in the colors of "Hydro Toronto" often seen driving around the streets of real life Toronto in their never ending quest to fix all kinds of hydro related service issues. For your city, the name of the company has been renamed to the "Metro Hydro Company".
This vehicle comes in 4x configurations:
