Inspiration from Coelacanth K&H Architects’s work "Kanazawa Umimirai Library(金沢海みらい図書館)".
ドット柄が人気のデザイナーが設計したものの奇抜さに賛否はあったようだが、総事業費は抑えられたこともあり今では支持を集める施設となっている。
