Description:

Displays each districts RCI demands in the District Info Panel.
Simple as that

– Improved reliability of displaying a districts RCI demand.
– Now compatible with Building Themes

NOTE:
This RCI demands are indicative of the only that districts demands. Some citizens may be satisfied with travelling to a neighbouring district
