Pedestrian Commercial Road
32m wide Pedestrian Commercial Road with two vehicle lanes restricted to 10kph. Designed with the intention of using TM:PE to restrict private vehicles. Slow speed will deter vehicles using as a through road while still allowing delivery and service vehicles access to the commercial frontage.
The concrete traffic barrier at the transition to other roads is an integrated prop and as such a second asset called BR_pedroad_blockade will also appear in your content manager.
