About the building:
After living in the Minneapolis House 2 for a decade you realize that there needs to be more space. It’s not fancy, but with your brother and parents living with you now, it became clear that one and a half baths just could not cut it. You see a deal on Minneapolis House 3 and jump at the opportunity.
There’s 2 and a half floors, stained glass windows throughout, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sizable attic to store your parents things. You look down the street and see the fancy condos that were put up a few years ago, and realize that life is fine without all the fancy things that the managers and traders have down the road.
This house was based on a handful of houses in the Seward neighborhood in South Minneapolis. It was constructed in around 1900 and can be found all throughout the Minnesota and the Midwest.
