Description:
NEW ITEMS!

Two new level 2 office buildings that come in three height sizes, giving you six buildings for the price of two! Whether it’s the tower in the park that Glasswall Offices provides or the absolute unit Block H, you should have some means to help vary the skyline in your office areas of JazzAge towns.

MAIN INFORMATION

Are you looking for some color and cartoony style that is in good taste? How about I take you back to another era, where everyone thought that atomic jets would take us to the stars or that people would get the Hebbie Jebbies? The retro-modern building (and possibly vehicle) set of the JazzAge does just that, bringing you buildings from the 20s to the 60s, covering Art Deco, American Crafstman, Googie, Mid-Century Modern, Brutalism, and more between that time period.

Subscribe to them all, use the Building Themes Mod to create a theme known as "JazzAge" or "Arthur’s Derpy Buildings" or whatever you want to call it. While some buildings may mix well with other buildings, it’s best to use all the buildings as a kit of it’s own in your district or whole city.

Don’t forget to subscribe to the Civil Mania! Workshop Prop Collection in order to get all the props, trees, and other things that I didn’t personally create in order to get the full look of all these buildings.

This tileset will constantly be updated, bug squashed, tuned-up, and polished up in order to insure you get the best quality stuff I can offer, as well as cool new buildings so that you can build a better city, or perhaps create the wackiest town you’ve ever been too.

Total number of buildings: 190 – What’s next?

Take note that due to the 5 levels of residency and my usage of Sim-City style building rules, you’ll see duplicate buildings with a number (ie "The 89 01") that indicate how many lots a single building is sitting on. Since higher level buildings are often larger, the lower level buildings will often have more lots to accommodate the future growth.
