UK Bungalow #28 – Level 5
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Bungalow collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses in the future. These can be used as both detached and semi detached (using the building eye dropper tool to suit your needs) This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i’ve added to the UK Bungalow collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:
– Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
– Control Building Level Up v0.4
Well they don’t technically require them but they look better with them. I’ve added the props to the required items
- 389 Polys
- 921 Tris
- 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
- Custom LOD (208 tris)
