Los Angeles Mansion Pack
Please welcome this pack of 5 mansions that I made years ago for Cities XL and I have now converted to C:S.
They are all parks – use Ploppable RICO mod to enable them as low residentials.
The models are prop free and have a small 2×2 base; originally they had a larger squared or rectangular base, but I decided to remove it and leave the house and pools only; this way you can create realistic neighborhoods with irregular lots. They fit smooth slopes, but not too crazy.
These houses were inspired by actual mansions in Beverly Park and Calabasas, around the L.A. area.
Use Find it! and search for "mansion" for easier access.
