Chevra 3 Way Interchange+Dogbone

High density, 3 way interchange, with a dogbone attached. All freeway directions have direct routes as well as direct entrances/exits. The dogbone also provides a route for local traffic to pass under the freeway. Requires network extensions for 4 lane and 2 lane highways. Heights go from 0 to 24.

For TMPE users: Up the speed on the inside one lanes to 100MPH+, these should be quick speedy lanes for the best function of the interchange.
