Small Fountain Plaza [fix]
This is a redo of the original Small Fountain Plaza by Jens. It was missing the fountain prop in the middle for me, and other people. I added the prop in the Asset Editor. Hopefully this will fix it for other people too.

A catchy 3×3 square with a water fountain! Enjoy! Be aware you’ll need the water fountain asset and that the model import in cities skylines wont allow animated objects (the fountain does not move!).
