Rice Park Community High School
This asset was kindly commissioned by dudemeister.
This is a fictional high school based on a building in Downtown St. Paul, Minnesota located on 317 Washington St. The real building houses a restaurant, event center, and offices for the Minnesota Wild hockey team.
This on the other hand is an urban high school with a 300 student capacity. The workshop does not have a lot of early 1900’s schools, and dudemeister and I decided it would be more useful as a High School, instead of a commercial or office building.
