Description:

This is another building I made for CXL that I have converted to CSL. Originally, it was part of a larger "German Pack" (that I don’t foresee to convert!).

It is a corner W2W building that also overhangs at a 135º degree angle. Use Ploppable RICO mod to enable it as low residential.
