Description:
Description

Ground floor shops for a Mark I resettlement block in Hong Kong, as it looked in the prosperous 1960s. You can plop either shops or flats on the ground floor. The corner slots are reserved for special shops: Chinese herb shops (left corner and right corner) and Lutheran Mission Childrens’ Milk Bar.

This block of shops has 5 types: a grocery, a kitchenware shop, a tea shop, a clothes shop, and a rice wine shop. Each shop has a unique signboard.

How to use it

1. It is a unique building. You have to make it a high-density commercial building with Ploppable RICO mod. Suggested values:

– high density commercial;
– level 1;
– 3 workers.

2. It is a module, not a standalone building. You have to plop it into a Mark 1 block 6s, 60s or Mark 1 block 7s, 60s, and this building will take its place as the ground floor of the block.

3. Make sure you have another segment of road at a 90 degree angle, so that the ground floor shops are also facing the road.

4. To assemble the modules into a building, install Fine Road Anarchy mod, press Ctrl-A for No Collision mode and plop the building into a Mark 1 block 6s, 60s or Mark 1 block 7s, 60s.

5. Refer to the picture, it is worth a thousand words:
