This was a commissioned building

2512 Monument Avenue is one of a pair of apartment buildings, built in 1916, located on historic Monument Avenue in Richmond Virginia. This particular one is a contributing property to the Monument Avenue Historic District and was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1970.

This building should go well in a New England or Eastern Seaboard based city.
