First Tower – La Defense
First Tower, also known as CB31 tower, is an office building located in the business district of La Défense near Paris, France (specifically in Courbevoie).
Originally built in 1974, the tower was transformed in 2007-2011.
The transformation has increased its height to 231 metres, making it the highest skyscraper in France in front of the Montparnasse tower.
It should lose this title to the future skyscraper The Link which should come out of the ground in 2021.
