First I really appreciate all the support for my last asset, which encourages me a lot. So here is my second one. This nice and modern looking building will help add Canadian feelings to your city. As for the modeling, I removed the "drugstore" signs since the extruded text will largely increase triangles. The big "Rexall" sign will illuminate during the night time.
Sometimes I feel creating assets is more enjoyable than building the city. But finishing an asset that I think is good enough for the workshop requires days of hard work. So I decided to take a break for a few weeks.
