Davison St Flats Pack 02
Hey y’all, this is my second pack of flats based on some units along Davision St, Melbourne, Australia.
There is a total of 4 unique models, with two base colour combinations (brown and grey), each with 4 more additional colour combinations I added in the asset editor to have a total set of 32 unique combinations.
They are all RICO compatible-level 1 high density residential block 2×3, but I reccomend using the search tool mod and search up "CZ" for any of my assets.
I have added the trees, cars & other props in-game, the subscribed version will come as a blank lot, but it’s ewasy enough to customise in the asset editor. (Just don’t re-upload them)

This building is based on a real life unit in Richmond, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Apartments like these are super common throughout inner city areas of the larger Aussie cities like Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
They are three stories tall and average 4 apartments per floor.
