part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:
Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 5-floor housing block with a 3×3 footprint features detailed balconies and color mapping.
This building can be placed flush next to each other and is RICO enabled.
