Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 5-floor housing block corner with a 4×3 footprint features detailed balconies and color mapping.

This building can be placed flush next to other WBS70-buildings to form a 90 degree corner and is RICO enabled.
