120 Collins Street, Melbourne
120 Collins Street is a 265 m office tower in Melbourne’s CBD. Designed by Australian architectural firm Hassell, the building was completed in 1991 and houses 50 floors of some of the city’s most coveted office space.
Along with 101 Collins Street (with which it shares many design elements), 120 Collins makes up a significant component of the CBD’s iconic skyline thanks to its 45 m spire, which made it Australia’s tallest building until the completion of Q1 in 2005. Today, it remains the tallest office structure in the country.
The rooftop prop pack under Required Items is optional, it adds the satellite dish and a few other props on the building’s roof.
