Colliery Boiler House (Functional)
A small coal-fired generating plant which could produce power (or heat) for a mining site or industrial works. In game, it is functioning as a small power plant with lower stats than the vanilla coal power plant. That is, it produces less pollution and noise and costs less, but it also produces less power.
A decorative version is available in my colliery outbuildings pack. There is no conflict from using both the decorative and functional version at the same time.
1124 tris, 2048×2048 textures. This texture size is excessive for a building this small, but the textures are shared with all of the other buildings in my colliery collection, so you can subscribe to lot of extra buildings without using much additional memory.
Loading Screen Mod is a requirement in order for shared textures to be loaded one time only.
