Marina Tower, Melbourne
Marina Tower is a residential development located in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct. Completed in 2017, it consists of two inclined towers (43 storeys (140 m) and 36 storeys) which diverge at the 21st floor at 5 degree angles. The building has been nicknamed the "Leaning Towers of Melbourne" thanks to its unique design approach.
This asset doesn’t include the Four Points by Sheraton hotel which is connected to the towers in real life, I assume most people would probably prefer just the towers for a bit more flexibility in terms of placement.
